Elevate Your Email Deliverability with ITNetworking
Poor email deliverability can hurt your business more than you think—from missed leads to lost trust. At ITNetworking, we help organizations take control of their email security and visibility through strategic monitoring, expert consultancy, and hands-on support. Whether you're struggling with emails landing in spam or want to prevent domain spoofing, we’ll help you implement and optimize the essential standards: SPF, DKIM, and DMARC.
Why Are SPF, DKIM & DMARC records so Important?
In today’s digital world, email is a critical communication channel—but it’s also one of the most exploited. Cybercriminals use tactics like spoofing and phishing to impersonate trusted domains, trick recipients, and compromise sensitive data. That’s where SPF, DKIM, and DMARC come in. Together, these protocols protect your domain, your users, and your reputation.
Looking to go beyond the basics? We also help high-end brands implement BIMI to display their verified logo in supported inboxes, and MTA-STS to ensure secure, encrypted email delivery. These modern standards build on SPF, DKIM, and DMARC—offering stronger protection and enhanced brand visibility right in the inbox.

What Is SPF?
Sender Policy Framework (SPF) is a protocol that allows domain owners to specify which IP addresses are authorized to send email on their behalf. When an email is received, the recipient’s mail server checks the SPF record in DNS to confirm whether the message is from a permitted source.
Why it matters: SPF helps prevent spammers from sending emails that appear to come from your domain.

What Is DKIM?
DomainKeys Identified Mail (DKIM) adds a digital signature to every email. This signature, attached as a header, allows receiving servers to verify that the email was not altered in transit and that it really comes from the domain it claims to be from.
Why it matters: DKIM protects the integrity of your email content and strengthens domain authenticity.

What Is DMARC?
Domain-based Message Authentication, Reporting and Conformance (DMARC) builds on SPF and DKIM. It allows domain owners to publish a policy that tells receiving servers what to do if SPF or DKIM checks fail (e.g., reject or quarantine the email). DMARC also provides valuable feedback through reports that show who is sending on your behalf.
Why it matters: DMARC gives you visibility and control. It’s the final layer that enforces protection and helps stop unauthorized use of your domain.

What Is MTA-STS?
Mail Transfer Agent Strict Transport Security (MTA-STS) enforces encrypted email delivery (TLS) to your domain, preventing attackers from intercepting messages in transit.
Why it matters: MTA-STS protects your business email from man-in-the-middle attacks and ensures safe, encrypted delivery.

What Is BIMI?
Brand Indicators for Message Identification (BIMI) lets you display your official logo next to authenticated emails in supported inboxes. It builds on DMARC to boost trust and brand visibility.
Why it matters: BIMI increases brand recognition, improves email engagement, and signals to recipients that your messages are legitimate.
